OK, about diet. Firstly, diet is the most effective way to lose unwanted pounds.

We go to first rule -- you lose muscle and that is never a good idea.

So key rule number one is patience, You stick with it you will achieve.

Now to rule two -- if you are hungry you are doing it wrong.

Gone of the starvation diets. Time to fee your machine the healthy foods and it will pay you back with looking and feeling great.

Third and most important rule -- YOU ALWAYS HAVE TIME!!!

Meal prep is a great idea, Where you set up several days worth of food in the fridge ready to eat each day.

Where there is a will there is a way. Where there is BS there is always failure.
